Muy bien

Es una Hacienda hermosa que le falta ser dada a conocer. La habitación era amplia con sala y Tv. Sin embargo, las camas no eran muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado nos enfriaba lo suficiente durante la noche. El personal es amable en todos los sentidos. La alberca es bonita.

Cuando reservas te da únicamente opción de 2 personas por habitación o cambio a una superior. Sería adecuado acomodar esto para que tuvieran así más visitas.

Lugar bonito para visitar, no para alojarse

Los alrededores (jardines, castillo, piscina...). La historia del lugar. Amplitud interior con dos habitaciones separadas y dos camas amplias, mini nevera, mesa y sillas. Aire acondicionado y ventilador.

Está muy alejado de Valadolid (10min en coche), nada alrededor. No hay wifi en la habitación (sólo en recepción). Muchísimos mosquitos dentro y a la entrada de la habitación y hasta un pequeño escorpión dentro. El peor desayuno de nuestra estancia: 1 biscotte de pan tostado seco (en lugar de pan o sándwich) con monodosis de mantequilla o mermelada de fresa, café o té, 1 escueto plato de fruta melón sin sabor (papaya y piña mejor), un cm de yogur de fresa con muesli y un zumo que no te dan a elegir (1 día piña y el otro naranja ninguno de fruta natural).

experiencia linda aunque pueden hacerla mas placentera, su personal es excepcional

los alimentos excelente calidad y cantidad, la ubicacion igual excelente, el trato del personal excepcional, fue algo diferente y justo lo que buscabamos para pasar el fin de semana........

tener amenidades y mas detalles en la habitacion como una cafetera con el servicio, es algo que no cuesta mucho y a los que somos amantes del cafe nos hacen la mañana sobre todo por el ambientacion natural y artificial de la hacienda

Excelente hotel con poco personal

El hotel es muy bonito, con amplios jardines muy bien cuidados, piscina pequeña, pero al no haber muchos huéspedes se pudo disfrutar. Muy bonita también y limpia.

No me gustó que hay poco personal. En la piscina preguntamos si podíamos pedir un snack y nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien...persona que nunca llegó. Tuvimos que ir al restaurante y no habían muchas cosas del menú, tampoco había variedad de cervezas (solo Tecate light), por lo que no nos arriesgamos a quedarnos a comer ahí. Pero, si desayunamos ahí, muy rico y bien servido, pero a la hora de pagar, no aceptaban tarjeta y tampoco lo quisieron cargar a la cuenta general de la habitación. Tuvimos que pagar en efectivo ahí mismo.

Diferente y tranquilo

El lugar es muy lindo. Esta ambientado en la época. Es un museo prácticamente. Tranquilo y con jardines muy bonitos. De noche un poco aterrador si te quedas en las habitaciones del museo

Podrían haber toallas para baño. La ubicación es un poco lejos. A unos 15 min en auto del centro de Valladolid. El frigobar no funcionaba y el wifi no es muy bueno

Un lugar para desconectarte

El trato del personal destaca muchísimo desde la llegada ,el restaurante hasta el personal de mantenimiento te hacen sentir en casa.

Deberían de darle mantenimiento a las fuentes ya que son un atractivo para el visitante pero estaban fuera de servicio, poner más atención en la limpieza de áreas comunes ya que había basura que da mal aspecto.

Great!

Almost everything. The location, the setting, the rooms all very beautiful. The time of our stay we were the only guests. Even being able to bring the car up to the rooms (since my wife can’t walk long distances) was a plus. Staff was very helpful (typical Mexican). And Valladolid centroid was an easy 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

Place is an old hacienda so some of the facilities, (breakfast area) need updating. And the rooms didn’t have any glasses (even plastic ones). But they quickly got us some. Nothing else.

Breakfast was good..had a good selection of food.

Should have a coffee machine in the room. We had two rooms. One room the sheets were stained and the air conditioner was not working properly. We advised the desk..and they were able to change the room for us. Which was good.

Peaceful, relaxed, beautiful setting

Beautiful buildings and surroundings, good location for easily getting around by car, friendly staff.

Unfortunately the restaurant closed at 3pm each day so it wasn’t possible to have dinner there.

Nice and quiet stay but expensive

It was lovely to be on a hacienda a short drive from Valladolid. The staff were exceptional, so very kind and helpful. The villas were comfortable and the children enjoyed the pool. The food at the restaurant was limited but very tasty.

The wifi is only accessible at reception. The main building is damp and a little scary at night, I felt I was in a Midsomer Murder! We arrived at 7 pm and there wasn’t any food available onsite so we had to drive to Valladolid. There is only breakfast and late lunch. It was expensive for what was on offer compared to other haciendas we stayed during our trip.

Beautiful typical hacienda

It was a beautiful, typical hacienda. We stayed in the independent, spacious villas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made an exception and served us a late dinner when we first arrived. My city mouse mother in low is in love with that place! Good location to go to the ruins and cenotes, if you have a car.

The restaurant opens at 7am, we were there sharp for an early breakfast to go to Chichen Itzá. The staff arrived at 7.30 and attended us at 8am.

Truly a journey into history at this very private, historic property.

The house and grounds are both magnificent and tranquil! You truly get the sense that you are stepping back in time and the unfettered access to the entire house and grounds is amazing -- imagine exploring a 400 year old castle-like hacienda on your own through a music room, fully set dining rooms, spire stone stairways, and armor standing at attention over guns and hides of animal conquests on the walls. The whole house was open at night with the evening air passing through doors and windows with the evening air. (Air conditioning was available in our bedroom.) There is no paid breakfast and no food available on site after hours, however the paid breakfast was of reasonable cost and was both well prepared and attractively presented in a beautiful airy setting in the historic carriage house on the property. While we did not swim, the pool is beautiful with a base and statue at the center of it's garden-like setting. In the evening we drove a short 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Valladolid to eat supper and explore before returning and going to bed for the night. The beds were clean and comfortable. In the light of day we enjoyed walking around the grounds, exploring the chapel that sits apart from the main house and the garden-like setting of the expansive grounds. It's truly unlike any traditional hotel setting you will find. I would also have enjoyed information about the history of the property on site. We learned it was the home of a pirate, sometimes priest, and his wife and that they were killed when enemies came hunting for their gold (?), however we don't know where they died. There is apparently a historical account in Spanish. There is a statue in their likeness in the garden in the rear of the home.

After our late check in we were completely alone aside from security on the property. With no phone in the room, and not another soul staying at the property for the night, we felt completely alone, for better or worse! One must guard their thoughts against notions of such a space being haunted! If you wish to be away from it all this is the place for you. If you wish to be pampered and attended to, chose another locale. :)

Magnificent property.

The property is exceptional. Vast and Historic! Gorgeous, especially the chapel.

Access to the internet. Reception was intermittent, unstable. I was depending on it for a work project and it utterly failed although I tried three locations on the property.
